We take pride in our work and ethic. We value each person and their time. We ask that you read carefully over these policies, and be mindful of them when booking your appointment. We look forward to serving you!

Appointment Policy

Please understand if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to reschedule in order to accommodate the scheduled guests after you.

For New Clients, a card on file is required to book the appointment. The amount charged at that time will be used towards services rendered. If the appointment is canceled or no-showed within 24 hours, the card will be charged for that set amount. 

If 2 or more appointments are no show/cancelled the guest will be required a deposit for half of the service booked that day, and will be required to make a deposit for any future appointments. Guest will be considered a walk-in moving forward.

We value each customer, and want to be fair to all. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring.

 

Prices are subject to change. All services are done following a consultation. If extra color is needed for the service over the base amount, an extra fee will apply to cover the cost of color only. 

Return Policy

All products with sale price are FINAL SALE.

Products may be returned for store credit, or exchange IF the product has been unopened or less than 3/4 used.
